Miley Cyrus steps out in a white tiered D&G dress at the 2010 MTV EMAs on Sunday November 7, held at La Caja Magica in Madrid, Spain.

The 17-year-old entertainer is performing her new single, “Who Owns My Heart,” at tonight’s show! Also scheduled to perform are Kid Rock, Kings of Leon, Linkin Park and Shakira!

Miles is up for two awards at tonight’s ceremony, including Best Pop and Best Female.
